OMG!!! March 2018 Boxycharm First Impression

Ok so this is the first time that I've been excited about every single item in my Boxycharm. This month really killed it. I love my box so much!!

This is a full-size subscription box for only $21 a month. The value is always so much more.

The items this month were a PUR Boxy collab palette, a Pretty Vulgar blush, a Butter London mascara, South Mane eye gels, and Vintage brushes.

First is the brushes. I am so picky about my brushes. My favorites are usually Morphe. But these really surprised me. They're a nice quality and actually apply shadow nicely. I was very impressed with them.

South Mane eye gels - It takes a lot to take me away from my Stella & Grace. They're still my favorite. But these are nice. You need to get a lot of the liquid off before using or they slid all over. They hydrated really well though. No brightening so I'll probably stay with my favorite.

Butter London Double Decker mascara - I didn't know they made anything other than polish. Is this a new thing? Anywho. I haven't used this yet. I'm trying to use what I have. I have a really bad problem with wasting mascara because it dries out. I'll update once I get to this. Use it before? Comment and let me know what you think.

Pretty Vulgar blush in Make Them Blush - I'm so glad I got this and not the bright pink. It's subtle but gorgeous and so long wearing! Plus: I love the name of the brand. lol

Last, but not least.....

PUR X Boxycharm palette - I am so in love with this palette. The colors a beautiful and pigmented (funny story about that) and very little fallout!! They're smooth and blend well. OMG!!! I'm in love.

Side track: The first look I created was a halo effect using the blue. I'm not always the best about using a shadow primer. Most of the time I use concealer and go from there. Well this skip in routine backfired. I couldn't get all of the blue off. I had blue eyelids the next day. So I went with a pink and grey smokey eye. Looks are below. I'm wearing the blush too.

It's safe to say that I'm keeping every single item this month.
